What is Reformer Pilates?

At Studio Switch, Reformer Pilates is a full-body workout that combines controlled, precise movements with resistance from the reformer machine to improve strength, flexibility, and alignment. Our classes are designed to challenge and support participants of all levels, from beginners to advanced.

The reformer machine, with its moving carriage, springs, and adjustable foot bar, allows for a wide range of exercises targeting core stability, posture, muscle tone, and mobility. Each session is led by experienced instructors who guide you through a dynamic series of movements that enhance overall body strength while promoting mindful movement and controlled breathing.

Ideal for those looking to push their fitness to the next level.

Reformer Mixed - All Abilities

Reformer Mixed is a dynamic class designed for all levels, from beginners to seasoned pros. This class focuses on building strength, flexibility, and control through a series of full-body movements using the Reformer machine. Our instructors will guide you through modifications and challenges to suit your individual needs, ensuring a safe and effective workout for everyone.
