  • What is Reformer Pilates?

    Reformer Pilates is a form of Pilates that uses a specialised machine called a reformer. It provides resistance and support for a variety of exercises aimed at improving strength, flexibility, balance, and overall body conditioning.

  • What should I bring to my first class?

    We recommend bringing a water bottle, a towel, and grip socks for hygiene and safety. If you do not own a pair of grip socks, they are available to buy at our studio. Wear comfortable, active wear clothes that allow you to move freely.

  • Do I need previous Pilates experience to join a class?

    No prior Pilates experience is required. We offer classes for all skill levels, including beginners. Our instructors will guide you through the exercises and ensure you are comfortable and safe.

  • Can I freeze or cancel my membership?

  • Are there any health restrictions for participating in reformer Pilates?

    If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns, please consult your physician before participating. Inform our instructors of any issues so they can modify exercises as needed.

  • What measures are you taking for health and safety?

    We follow hygiene protocols, including sanitising equipment before and after each use,

  • How is Reformer Pilates different from Mat Pilates?

    While both forms focus on core strength and overall fitness, Reformer Pilates uses a machine to provide resistance, allowing for a greater range of motion and more versatile exercises compared to Mat Pilates.

  • How long is each class?

    Each class lasts around 50 minutes to allow a 10 minute window between each class to allow the changeover of participants

  • Do you offer any workshops or special events?
